Certified Driving School

Certified is a family business owned by Debbie Lack-Swindell and husband Larry. It's called "Certified" because unlike other schools Larry, a life long teacher, is "Certified" by both the Oklahoma Department of Education AND the Department of Public Safety Owners live in both Bixby and Enid, are members of Oakwood Christian Church, the chamber of commerce in Guthrie, Ponca City and Bixby, Moose Lodge and Meadow Lake Golf Course. They are parents to three sons Cody, Chris and Andrew and daughter Amy and grandparents to Ariel, Gavin, Langdon, Emily, Hailey, Blake and Lauren. The Swindell's consider theirs a Christian business and site Proverbs 22:6 as their guideline for teaching young drivers.
